Yesterday I headed down to Laguna Beach to photograph Susan & Greg. They are getting married on August 4, 2007. These two are just so full of life! I had such a great time hanging out and getting to know them a little better. I can only imagine how much fun they will be on their wedding day……..

FUN WITH RACHEL & JACK

What I love about destination weddings is the day after shoot. It is so much fun to really get creative and have all the time we need. I had so much fun with Rachel and Jack at the Rockhouse Resort. We started out in their room with them just relaxing on the bed. I love these photos because they are so into the moment. Then we headed out to walk around the resort for some bright backgrounds. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all of the photos because it shows who they truly are. Rachel can really work the camera with her beautiful eyes. Jack is one of the coolest grooms I have ever photographed. I must say I have never had clients jump off a bridge together but they went for it. I guess you could say they took the plunge!

RACHEL & JACK IN JAMAICA

I have been looking forward to this weeding for way to long. When I got off the plane in Montego Bay Jamaica I was jumping up and down like a dork. When we arrived at the resort I was in shock how beautiful it was. Rachel told me but I had to see it for myself.

Rachel and Jack hit the jackpot on the location! So it did not stop there they just kept the cool stuff coming. When I arrived in Rachel’s room and looked at her dress I was like WOW. This girl had the most amazing dress. Rachel worked so hard on everything and it really showed. OK so there was a little rain shower but you can’t even tell. I must say at first I wanted to cry but once I looked at Rachel and she was all smiles I knew it was going to be ok.

Rachel I want to thank you so much for an amazing weekend with you and your friends. And I can’t wait for you to get moved to San Diego so we can hang out! Congratulations again…

I also wanted to thank Natalie my close friend and assistant for doing such a great job. Well I would not really call her my assistant. When Natalie is around there is always going to be fun. hahahahaha

The great thing about being a wedding photographer is my clients. I get so close with all of them that years down the road we still talk. I photographed Jacqueline and Darryl’s wedding October 23, 2004 at the Hotel Bel Air. It was so so so beautiful AND NOW THEY HAVE A BABY! So I headed over to their house and started shooting. This little one is so cute. I could not stop photographing her little feet and lips. To all my clients MORE BABIES PLEASE……..

DENIM & MARK

Ok so you might think that Denim and Mark tied the knot in Italy but NO. Sometimes you can confuse Temecula with Italy! I love photographing weddings at wineries because I shoot at the beach so much it is fun to mix it up.

Denim and Mark are perfect together! They had a wonderful sunset wedding at Falkner Winery. WHAT A COOL PLACE AND GREAT WINE! If you have never been you must go.

WOOOOHOOOO I FINALLY HAVE THE CHANCE TO BLOG!

I could not WAIT to show a few photos from Brandi and Cliff’s wedding in the Bahamas. This wedding was absolutely beautiful. These two are soooooo in love and it really shows in the photos. Brandi looked so beautiful and her dress was amazing. And for Cliff he was working the Camera all day!

Thank you so much for having Monica and I. We had such a great time working with you both and will never forget the big weekend in the Bahamas!

BRANDI AND CLIFF'S DAY BEFORE SHOOT

Yesterday Monica and I left the OC at 3:30am to catch our flight to shoot Brandi and Cliff’s big weekend in the Bahamas. I have been looking forward to this for a year now and it is finally here. So because they are leaving for their honeymoon on Sunday we could not shoot a day after shoot. So we had this amazing idea to do a day before shoot. Sounds like fun RIGHT! Well we set the alarm for 5:30am which is 2:30am Cali time yes I know….CRAZY but I must say it was such a cool experience. I have never had so much fun that early in the morning. Can you say ROCK STARS! They went for it at 6:30am. I mean in the ocean the pool you name it. Nothing was going to stop these two! Check back for the Big Day!

I was so excited to meet her because we have been talking for almost a year now. She Looked so beautiful. This girl knows how to work the camera…

SARAH & ERIC GET CRAZY!

Ok so you already heard how much fun these two are. Now you really get to see what they are all about. I laughed so hard I almost could not even shoot. We started out on the trampoline with Eric getting so much air I lost him at times. Then off to the beach and I must say Sarah is a trooper. I have never had a bride trash her actual wedding dress. I was so excited! And it did not stop there. On the walk back we noticed this man with a very nice sand castle…. I guess it was a castle. Sarah and Eric decided to take a quick shower before taking a plunge in the pool. Oh you know you always see a bride and groom drinking and making out in a pool NOT! All I can say is GOOD TIMES!

HOLY COW I HAVE A BLOG! Well because of Sarah and Eric that is. I had such a great time at their wedding in Punta Cana that I had to share it with everyone. Sarah & Eric are truly amazing people. I cannot even start to tell you how much fun Natalie and I had. Not only are they fun but also their friends and family are so hilarious.

Sarah & Eric had a beautiful wedding at the Sunscape Beach Resort in Punta Cana. It was perfect. From the sunset rehearsal to the picture perfect ceremony on the beach. And lets not forget about the reception at the El Patio under the stars. Lets just say I never wanted to stop shooting.

Thank you guys so much for having me. It was truly amazing! Also tell everyone in Michigan, San Fran, and lets not forget about Florida I said Hello. You guys rock!
